Core Hours

Our expectation is that we manage your work hours such that we’re as productive as possible while working.

We try to loosely adhere to PG’s Makers vs. Managers schedules.

It’s helpful for the team to know when you’ll be working so they can schedule time with you, anticipate when you’ll respond to emails, etc. Some unexpected departures are to be expected (ie. sick days, appointments), but we do expect a semblance of consistency in your hours.

We ask the team to set work hours in Google Calendar and mark Out of Office times (do this by creating an event and calling it OOO - Google Calendar will automatically set you to away and decline calendar invites during that time).

Naturally some hours do overlap with everyone. We do our best to schedule events during these hours:
